Jack's Building Service ltd.
The Slonopas brothers originally founded JBS in 1999. In those days Jacek and Wojtek worked as self-employed builders along with the plethora of other Eastern European migrants. Even so their enterprise was conceived with a vision for the future that was to establish themselves as a significant entity in the field of domestic refurbishment.
It wasn’t long before their hard work and diligent attention to servicing their clients led them to a position of being able to incorporate themselves as JBS Ltd. A series of projects, completed to a very high standard added up to a substantial body of work over those few years, some of which are illustrated in the leaves of this web site.
They now operate from Jaceks’ home in South London combining their skills with those of a network of colleagues, Jacek and Wojtek develop the properties of particularly discerning clients who seek to implement practical designs as well as having them managed with in realistic parameters of budget and timetable all to a the high standards of finish demanded by the architects, designers and the clients for whome they work. One such project, a half million pound refurbishment for an American retail heir in an Edwardian Kensington apartment.
Starting off…
Jacek or Wojtek will come and see you and run through the various services they can provide.
They will take in to account the dynamics of your intended project and listen to the ideas and aspirations you have in mind.
Consideration is given to the potential design options, materials, fittings and finishes with a view to establishing a budget for the proposal.
In some instances they may bring into the consultation process one or two of their colleagues so that they may also bring their skills to the project. These may include other specialists, designers, technicians & quite often the craftsmen who may be called upon to implement the work.

JBS Ltd are fully insured and issue copies of all current policies prior to the commencement of work on site and have adequate cover for minor works such as a small maintenance jobs in your home.

JBS Ltd will attend, with out hesitation, to any anomaly accruing on completed jobs rendering whatever works are required to implement the necessary corrections or adjustments to satisfy their and their clients expectations of finish and function.
