JBS Ltd offers a comprehensive contracting & building service to property owners in Greater London and the home counties, meeting their clients building, refurbishment, furnishing and finishing needs whilst working under the direction of architects and interior designers or in regard to the proposals they have been personally commissioned to evolve.
Most of the projects JBS have been involved in these last 8 years have been residential loft conversions, extensions and general refurbishments and specific refurbishments of bathrooms and kitchens.
They have also attended to the installation requirements of a few London kitchen and bathroom emporiums such as Ripples having been directly commissioned by the client to work in accordance with the design and product schedules issued.

JBS offer a professional mechanical installation and technical service through his their own network of experienced technicians and technical consultants.
This service is also maintained once a project has been completed as there is inevitably maintenance contracts to be engaged once these technical services have been installed. Another commitment Mark makes to his clients to sustain his personal attention to any matter that occurs.

JBS Ltd offer a fixed fee design & planning service for kitchens, bathrooms and home renovations with optional project management for property owners.
In addition, for more extensive property developments, they offer fixed and segmented fee proposals that allow their clients to develop their property with out having to commit to long-term percentage of cost related fee structures. JBS Ltd can do it one step at a time.
